Eager Landing
The existing vacant lots in Eager Park will be converted into 54 fee-simple townhomes by Charm City Buyers and the development team increasing the market rate and affordable homeownership in East Baltimore. By providing high-quality homes with a commitment to economic inclusion, the development not only eliminates 100% of the vacancy in the project area, but it also increases the values of the neighboring properties by providing new market rate housing.
Infrastructure upgrades include repairing and modernizing public roadways, curbs, sidewalks, and storm drainage systems, as well as replacing water mains and service lines. These improvements are designed to support adjacent retail and residential developments, making the area more attractive to investors and residents alike.
By fostering collaboration among local stakeholders, political leaders, and business executives, the project aims to create a thriving, inclusive neighborhood that honors its historical roots while promoting sustainable growth.
Construction Start in Q2 2025.

Historic Rehabs
Historic rehabs preserve the character and charm of old buildings while updating them for modern use. These projects restore architectural details, improve structural integrity, and enhance energy efficiency while maintaining historical significance. Often supported by tax credits and grants, historic rehabs help revitalize communities, increase property value, and promote sustainability. By blending past and present, they offer a unique opportunity to invest in history while shaping the future.

211 W 28th Street
